Karen Cole, a Newfoundlander born in St. John’s, is an avid and knowledgeable hiker who has regularly walked all of the trails, as well as having hiking experience in Italy.

Karen is a former art gallery director, lay bencher with the Newfoundland Law society, executive member of the Newfoundland Historical Society, and is currently a board member of the Tuckamore Chamber Music Festival and a member of the city of St. John’s Arts Advisory board.
